66. RENEWAL OPTION TO AN IGA WITH CITY OF SCOTTSDALE FOR HEAD START CLASSROOM SPACE Approve the first of two renewal options to the Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) with the City Of Scottsdale for the continued use of one Head Start classroom and playground located at the Paiute Neighborhood Center, 6535 E. Osborn, Scottsdale, Arizona (L-7244). This renewal extends the term of the agreement for three years, from July 1, 2010 through June 30, 2013. The current annual payment for operating expenses of $3,360 remains unchanged for the duration of the three year renewal term. This payment schedule does not impact County General Funds. This action was endorsed by the Facility Review Committee on April 22, 2010. The classroom serves a total of 34 children 3-5 years of age. Maricopa County has been operating a Head Start classroom at this site since 1996. (C-22-08-094-0-02)

Osborn, Scottsdale, Arizona (G-30103)(formerly known as L-7244). This renewal extends the term of the agreement for three years, from July 1, 2013 through June 30, 2016. The current annual payment for operating expenses of $3,360 remains unchanged for the duration of the three year term. This payment schedule does not impact County General Funds. This action was endorsed by the Facility Review Committee in March 2013. The classroom serves a total of 34 children 3-5 years of age.
