23. IGA WITH CITY OF AVONDALE FOR SPECIAL TRANSPORTATION SERVICES Approve an Intergovernmental Agreement between the City of Avondale and Maricopa County through the Human Services Department, in the not-to-exceed amount of $20,000. The purpose of this Intergovernmental Agreement is to administer a special transportation services program. This Intergovernmental Agreement is effective from July 1, 2008 until June 30, 2009.
