27. LETTER TO OFFICE OF HEAD START CONCERNING MARICOPA COUNTY HEAD START CORRECTIVE ACTIONS Authorize the Chairman of the Board to sign a letter to the Administration for Children and Families, Office of Head Start (OHS) in response to two areas of non-compliance found during the December 2007 OHS Monitoring. This letter serves as formal notice that Maricopa County’s Head Start Zero-Program, along with its Delegate Agency, has completed actions to correct the two areas of non-compliance that were outlined in the April 16, 2008 Overview of Findings Report from OHS.
