34. IGA WITH TEMPE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL DISTRICT #3 FOR FOOD SERVICES Approve an Intergovernmental Agreement between Tempe Elementary School District # 3 and Maricopa County through the Human Services Department, in the not-to-exceed amount of $169,236. This IGA is funded by a grant from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (C-22-09-01-3-ZZ). The purpose of this Intergovernmental Agreement is to provide the District and participants of the Head Start program with quality food-catering services. This Intergovernmental Agreement is effective from October 1, 2008 until September 30, 2009. (C-22-09-097-3-00)
