45. AMENDMENT TO MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING WITH JOBING.COM Approve a non-financial Amendment to the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Jobing.com and Maricopa County administered by its Human Services Department, Maricopa Workforce Connections (MWC). This Amendment modifies several sections of the MOU: Section 2 - Objective; Section 3 - Jobing.com Services/Products to MWC; Section 4 - MWC’s Services/Products to Jobing.com and Section 5 - Life of the MOU. Changes clarify the services provided by each partner and extend the term of the MOU from December 31, 2010 to December 31, 2013. All other terms and conditions of the original MOU remain the same and in full force and effect. (C-22-09-130-M-01)
