47. AMENDMENT TO THE MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING WITH OPEN TABLE INCORPORATED Approve Amendment No.1 to the non-financial Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Open Table Incorporated and Maricopa County administered by its Human Services Department, Workforce Development Division Maricopa Workforce Connections (MWC). This amendment extends the Agreement for an additional two years, through June 30, 2013. Open Table, Incorporated is a faith-based organization that provides social services. The Agreement with Open Table will continue to offer a partnership in which individuals who are returning to the workforce and/or exploring career transition will be referred for job related activities and MWC will refer individuals for social services. This will ensure a comprehensive service delivery system is maintained that will assist Maricopa County residents to become economically self-sufficient. (C-22-09-131-3-01)
