52. RESOLUTION REGARDING MARICOPA COUNTY COMMUNITY ACTION AGENCY Adopt a resolution regarding Maricopa County, as a federally designated Community Action Agency, to cease provision of community action program services within the city limits of Glendale as part of the Maricopa Community Action Agency effective July 1, 2010. This is a non financial action and will not impact the County general fund budget. The City of Glendale, in a resolution from its Council of the city of Glendale and a letter from its Glendale city manager, dated April 3, 2009, has requested that Maricopa County cease the provision of Community Action Agency services within the confines of the city limits of Glendale, effective July 1, 2010.
