MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING WITH GREATER PHOENIX SCORE® “COUNSELORS TO AMERICA’S SMALL BUSINESS” Approve the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Greater Phoenix SCORE® “Counselors to America’s Small Business” (SCORE) and Maricopa County administered by its Human Services Department, Maricopa Workforce Connections (MWC) to have SCORE co-located in the MWC One Stop Career Centers. 54. AMENDMENT TO MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING WITH GREATER PHOENIX SCORE® Approve the non-financial Amendment to the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Greater Phoenix SCORE® and Maricopa County administered by its Human Services Department, Maricopa Workforce Connections (MWC) to extend the term from June 30, 2011 to June 30, 2013 and to attach Exhibit 1 which provides the guidelines for all partner agencies that are co-located in the One Stop Career Centers. Agencies co-located in the One Stop Career Centers must pay for costs associated with the operation of the Career Centers. Maricopa County Material Management’s Small Business Network will pay SCORE’s monthly co-location costs through an Interdepartmental Agreement between Materials Management and the Human Services Department.
