64. MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING WITH EMMANUEL CHURCH OF GOD IN CHRIST, INC. Approve the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Emmanuel Church of God In Christ, Inc. and Maricopa County administered by its Human Services Department to establish Emmanuel Church of God In Christ, Inc. as an Access Point. An Access Point is defined as a faith-based or community based organization that will provide community residents with a location where job seekers can access abbreviated One Stop Career Center services. This MOU is non-financial and is effective upon signature by both parties and will expire June 30, 2011. (C-22-09-149-3-00)

32. AMENDMENT TO MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN EMMANUEL CHURCH OF GOD IN CHRIST, INC. ACCESS POINT AGREEMENT Approve amendment No. 1 to the non-financial Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Emmanuel Church of God in Christ, Inc., a faith-based organization, and Maricopa County administered by its Human Services Department. This amendment extends the Agreement for an additional two years, through June 30, 2013. All other terms and conditions of the original agreement remain the same and in full force and effect. Access Points are a network of faith-based and community based organizations that provide residents with a location where job seekers can access abbreviated One Stop Career Center services. As an Access Point, Emmanuel Church of God in Christ, Inc., provides assistance to youth and adult job seekers to access employment-related services to assist them in obtaining employment. This MOU provides a partnership that enables Maricopa County residents that are unable to travel to a One Stop Career Center, the ability to access services through an Access Point that is located in the community.
