45. AMENDMENT TO THE HOME SUBRECIPIENT AGREEMENT WITH THE TOWN OF GUADALUPE FOR GUADALUPE HOUSING PROGRAM Approve Amendment No. 1 to the HOME Subrecipient Agreement with the Town of Guadalupe and Maricopa County through the Human Services Department, Community Development Division to change the scope of work from $387,749 for new construction activities for single-family homes to $237,749 for new construction activities for single family homes and $150,000 for rehabilitation activities for owner-occupied single family homes. The contract amendment is effective upon signature by the Board of Supervisors and will be in effect until all funds are expended and drawn against the HOME Investment Partnerships Grant, or until the Scope of Work is completed and remaining funds are returned; however, agreement term will not surpass June 30, 2012. The amount of HOME Investment Partnerships grant allocated to the Town of Guadalupe remains unchanged. Funds for this contract are provided by a grant from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and do not impact the County’s General Fund. The original contract (C-22-09-168-3-00 under C-22-09-171-3-ZZ, approved by BOS on July 22, 2009, was effective July 1, 2009. The contract amount of $387,749 is unchanged.
