54. AMENDMENT TO IGA WITH CHANDLER UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT FOR FOOD SERVICES FOR THE HEAD START ZERO-FIVE PROGRAM Approve Amendment Number 1 to the Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) with Chandler Unified School District to provide food catering to participants in the Maricopa County Head Start Zero-Five Program. The purpose of this amendment is to increase the total budget amount by $2,164, from $119,680 to $121,844 and to increase the number of Head Start sites due to the receipt of American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) Expansion funds. This amendment does not impact any County General funds. The term of the original agreement remains October 1, 2009 through September 30, 2010. These additional ARRA funds allow the Head Start Program to serve twelve (12) additional Head Start children at Gilbert Boys and Girls Center through Home Base groups. All other terms and conditions of the original agreement remain in full force and effect. (C-22-10-017-3-01)
