37. LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH WOMEN’S HEALTH COALITION OF ARIZONA INC Approve License Agreement P-50130 with Women’s Health Coalition of Arizona (Licensee) a non-profit organization, for the purpose of co-locating Licensee in the Maricopa Workforce Connections (MWC), West Valley One Stop Career Center. This Agreement allows Licensee’s staff to maintain direct service space within the center and provides for funding arrangements whereas Licensee will pay a monthly fee of $108.25 for costs associated with the operation of the center. This License Agreement is a resource sharing agreement. This License Agreement is effective upon approval and signature of both parties and will expire on June 30, 2011. Indirect costs do not apply to this agreement since all funds collected under this agreement will be applied to the costs associated with the operation of the center. There are no County General funds associated with this License Agreement. The center is located at 1840 N. 95th Avenue, Phoenix, AZ. (C-22-10-042-L-00)
