42. AMENDMENT TO IGA WITH ARIZONA BOARD OF REGENTS ON BEHALF OF ARIZONA STATE UNIVERSITY Approve a non-financial Amendment to the Intergovernmental Agreement between Arizona Board of Regents, A Body Corporate, for and on behalf of Arizona State University, W.P. Carey School of Business, Seidman Research Institute and Maricopa County administered by its Human Services Department, Maricopa Workforce Connections. The purpose of the Amendment is to extend the Agreement for an additional six months. The original term of the Agreement is January 1, 2010 to December 31, 2010; this Amendment extends the agreement through June 30, 2011. All other terms and conditions of the original Agreement remain the same. W.P. Carey School of Business is conducting an Economic Impact Analysis of the Maricopa Workforce Connections (MWC) operations and services. The analysis will provide information to MWC that will be used for strategic planning and development of program goals. (C-22-10-043-3-01)

AMENDMENT TO IGA WITH ARIZONA BOARD OF REGENTS ON BEHALF OF ARIZONA STATE UNIVERSITY FOR AN ECONOMIC IMPACT ANALYSIS OF MARICOPA WORKFORCE CONNECTIONS ACTIVITIES Approve a non-financial Amendment No. 3 to the Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between Arizona Board of Regents, A Body Corporate, for and on behalf of Arizona State University, W.P. Carey School of Business, Seidman Research Institute and Maricopa County administered by its Human Services Department, Maricopa Workforce Connections. The purpose of this Amendment is to include Department of Labor, Workforce Investment Act (WIA) required provisions to the Special Provisions of the contract. This Agreement will expire June 30, 2011. All other terms and conditions of the original Agreement and Amendments remain the same. (C-22-10-043-3-03)
