33. AMENDMENT TO LEASE AGREEMENT WITH COMMUNITY ASSET AND RESOURCE ENTERPRISE PARTNERSHIP Approve Amendment No. 3 to Lease Agreement No. L-7410 (C-22-10-044-1) with Community Asset and Resource Enterprise (CARE) Partnership to exercise the option to extend the term of the lease for two (2) years, October 1, 2015 to September 30, 2017. This amendment is the third of four options to extend the term two years. There is one remaining option to renew for one, two-year term. The lease is for a Head Start program classroom located at 466 South Bellview Street, Mesa with adjoining restrooms and play area adjacent to the classroom for an infant/toddler playground. The rental fee is $575.00 per month or $6,900.00 per year and is funded through the Head Start FY2015-2016 base funds (C-22-15-050-P-00). This lease agreement does not impact the County General Fund.
