47. APPOINTMENT TO THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ADVISORY COMMITTEE Approve the appointment of Roger Cleveland as the El Mirage Alternate Representative to the Community Development Advisory Committee (CDAC) to serve the remainder of the one-year term of July 1, 2009 through June 30, 2010. Roy Delgado resigned his office as El Mirage Alternate Representative to the Community Development Advisory Committee (CDAC). The El Mirage City Council on October 1, 2009, voted to appoint Council member Roger Cleveland to the CDAC as Alternate Representative to complete the one-year term vacated by Roy Delgado.
