SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT WITH CITY OF EL MIRAGE Approve a settlement agreement resolving case No. CV2009-019151 between Maricopa County and the City of El Mirage regarding the use of the Cado Uno Building in El Mirage, and authorize execution of the settlement agreement in substantially the form presented upon approval of the final form of the agreement by legal counsel.
