57. MOU WITH CHILD & FAMILY RESOURCES INC. , ARIZONA CENTER FOR RESPONSIBLE FATHERHOOD , FOR DEVELOPMENT OF AN ACCESS POINT Approve the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Child & Family Resource Inc., Arizona Center for Responsible Fatherhood (ACRF), a community-based organization, and Maricopa County administered by its Human Services Department to establish Child & Family Resource Inc., ACRF as an Access Point for purposes of Workforce Development activities. This non-financial MOU is effective upon signature by both parties and will expire June 30, 2011. Access Points are a network of faith-based and community -based organizations that provide residents with a location where job seekers can access abbreviated One Stop Career Center services. As an Access Point, Child & Family Resource Inc., ACRF will assist youth and adult job seekers to access employment-related services to assist them in obtaining employment. This MOU will create a partnership to help Maricopa County residents who are unable to travel to a One Stop Career Center to access services through an Access Point that is located in the community. 35. AMENDMENT TO MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING WITH CHILD & FAMILY RESOURCE INC., ARIZONA CENTER FOR RESPONSIBLE FATHERHOOD (ACRF) ACCESS POINT AGREEMENT Approve amendment No. 1 to the non-financial Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Child & Family Resource Inc., Arizona Center for Responsible Fatherhood (ACRF), a community based organization, and Maricopa County administered by its Human Services Department. This amendment extends the Agreement for an additional two years, through June 30, 2013. All other terms and conditions of the original agreement remain the same and in full force and effect. Access Points are a network of faith-based and community based organizations that provide residents with a location where job seekers can access abbreviated One Stop Career Center services. As an Access Point, Child & Family Resource Inc., ACRF provides assistance to youth and adult job seekers to access employment-related services to assist them in obtaining employment.
