34. IGA WITH THE CITY OF SCOTTSDALE FOR COMPUTER LAB Approve the Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between City of Scottsdale and Maricopa County administered by its Human Services Department, Maricopa Workforce Connections (MWC), to maintain a computer lab in the City of Scottsdale, Human Services, Vista del Camino Center for job seekers. The City of Scottsdale will ensure a location and staff are available where youth and adults can access employment-related services to assist them in obtaining employment. This IGA will create a partnership that will provide Maricopa County residents who are unable to travel to a One Stop Career Center the opportunity to access services through a computer lab that is located in their community. This IGA is a non-financial Agreement and is effective July 1, 2010, and will expire June 30, 2012. (C-22-10-071-3-00)

48. AMENDMENT TO IGA WITH THE CITY OF SCOTTSDALE FOR COMPUTER LAB FOR JOB SEEKERS Approve a non-financial Amendment No. 2, to the Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between City of Scottsdale and Maricopa County administered by its Human Services Department, Maricopa Workforce Connections (MWC). The purpose of the amendment is to extend the term of the agreement from June 30, 2013 to June 30, 2014. This Amendment continues the partnership with the City of Scottsdale that provides Maricopa County residents who are unable to travel to a Maricopa Workforce Connection One Stop Career Center, the opportunity to access employment-related services through a computer lab, located in the Vista Del Camino Center. The City of Scottsdale will ensure that staff remains available to assist youth and adults in accessing these services which will assist them in obtaining employment. (C-22-10-071-3-02)

AMENDMENT TO THE IGA WITH THE CITY OF SCOTTSDALE Approve a non-financial Amendment No. 3 to the Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between City of Scottsdale and Maricopa County administered by its Human Services Department, Maricopa Workforce Connections (MWC). The purpose of the amendment is to extend the term of the agreement from June 30, 2014 to June 30, 2015, and to revise language in Section III Work Statement paragraphs C. Service Delivery and D. Reporting Requirements. (C-22-10-071-3-03)
