64. IGA WITH THE CITY OF TOLLESON FOR COMMUNITY ACTION PROGRAM SERVICES Approve a non-financial intergovernmental agreement (IGA) between the City of Tolleson and Maricopa County administered by its Human Services Department to provide Community Action Program and Financial & Crisis Case Management Services. The term of this agreement is from July 1, 2010, through June 30, 2011. The City of Tolleson is providing all administrative funding required for the operation of the City of Tolleson Community Action Program (CAP) office without financial support from Maricopa County. Maricopa County Human Services Department, through its client HSD Online database, will provide the City of Tolleson CAP access to direct financial assistance funds to be utilized on behalf of eligible clients. 36. AMENDMENT TO IGA WITH THE CITY OF TOLLESON FOR COMMUNITY ACTION PROGRAM SERVICES Approve Amendment No. 1 to the Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between the City of Tolleson (C-22-10-077-3-00) and Maricopa County administered by its Human Services Department to include the total amount of $5,100. This amendment includes an Operating Budget for the period of July 1, 2010 to June 30, 2011. The expenditures from this Agreement will be reimbursed from an Intergovernmental Agreement (C-22-10-083-3-00) with the Department of Economic Security (DE111071001), which was approved by the Board of Supervisors on June 23, 2010. This Amendment does not alter the budget constraining expenditures of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. 42-17105. Funding for this Agreement does not contain any County General Funds. (C-22-10-077-3-01)

AMENDMENT TO IGA WITH THE CITY OF TOLLESON FOR COMMUNITY ACTION PROGRAM SERVICES Approve a non-financial Amendment No. 2 to the Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between the City of Tolleson (C-22-10-077-3-01) and Maricopa County, administered by its Human Services Department. The purpose of this Amendment is to renew the term of the Agreement, effective July 1, 2011 to June 30, 2012, and revise Attachment A. This Amendment also clarifies language in Section I, General Provisions and Section II, Special Provisions. This Amendment does not alter the budget constraining expenditures of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. 42-17105. (C-22-10-077-3-02)
