45. AGREEMENT WITH ARIZONA COMMUNITY ACTION ASSOCIATION FOR THE LOW-INCOME WEATHERIZATION PROGRAM Approve Agreement between Arizona Community Action Association (ACAA) and Maricopa County through its Human Services Department, in the not-to-exceed amount of $193,601. The purpose of this Agreement is to provide home- weatherization services to eligible low-income residents of Maricopa County. This Agreement is effective from May 1, 2010 until April 30, 2011. The Fiscal Year 2011 Human Services Department estimated indirect cost rate is 16.1%, however in anticipation of an approved FY2011 indirect cost rate, the current negotiated approved U.S. Department of Health and Human Services indirect cost rate is 16.2%. The total of the grant funds is $193,601, of which the grant will incur subrecipient costs totaling $166,754.00. The recoverable indirect cost of administering the grant is $26,847. This contract is fully funded by a contribution from the Salt River Project and managed by ACAA and will not affect the County General Fund. The overall grant budget will be adjusted as necessary to accommodate this increase through a future reconciliation. (C-22-10-082-3-00)
