38. AMENDMENT TO CONTRACT WITH STAPLES CONTRACT AND COMMERCIAL, INC. FOR WORKFORCE INVESTMENT ACT ON-THE-JOB TRAINING PROGRAM Approve non-financial Amendment No. 2 to the contract between Staples Contract and Commercial, Inc. and Maricopa County administered by its Human Services Department Workforce Development Division/Maricopa Workforce Connections. The purpose of this Amendment is to include Department of Labor required provisions to the Agreement. The term of this amendment is upon approval and signature by both parties. All other terms and conditions of the original contract and amendments remain in effect and full force. (C-22-10-088-3-02)
