67. AMENDMENT TO IGA WITH CITY OF PHOENIX FOR STATE ENERGY SECTOR PARTNERSHIP ACTIVITIES-AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT FUNDS Approve a non-financial Amendment No. 1 to Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) with City of Phoenix and Maricopa County, administered by its Human Services Department (HSD). The purpose of this amendment is to add American Recovery and Reinvestment Act 2009 (ARRA) specific language and ARRA reporting requirements in the IGA. The term of this amendment is upon approval and signature by both parties. This IGA provides State Energy Sector Partnership and Training Grant funds through ARRA to the City of Phoenix. Services to be provided under this agreement include education and training services for participants in the fields of green technology, utility energy programs, solar panel manufacturing/installation and renewable energy, and information related to job opportunities. AMENDMENT TO IGA WITH CITY OF PHOENIX FOR STATE ENERGY SECTOR PARTNERSHIP ACTIVITIES Approve a non-financial Amendment No. 2 to Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) with City of Phoenix and Maricopa County, administered by its Human Services Department (HSD). The purpose of this Amendment is to include Department of Labor required provisions to the Agreement. The term of this amendment is upon approval and signature by both parties. This IGA provides State Energy Sector Partnership and Training Grant funds through ARRA to the City of Phoenix.
