40. AGREEMENTS WITH MUNICIPALITIES OF GOODYEAR AND GUADALUPE FOR THE URBAN COUNTY FOR HOME INVESTMENT PARTNERSHIP GRANT ACTIVITIES Approve three FY 2011-2012 Grant Agreements between two cities and towns and Maricopa County through its Human Services Department, Community Development Division for the purpose of funding HOME Investment Partnerships Program activities. Each Agreement begins July 1, 2010 and expires on June 30, 2012 or June 30, 2013; as noted below. These grants have been included in the FY 2011-2012 budget. There will be no impact on the General Fund. 1. City of Goodyear (Housing Rehabilitation): $75,000 (C-22-10-094-3-00) 2. Town of Guadalupe (New Construction): $230,000 (C-22-10-095-3-00) 3. Town of Guadalupe (Housing Rehabilitation): $150,000 (C-22-10-096-3-00) (C-22-10-097-3-ZZ)
