41. AGREEMENTS WITH MUNICIPALITIES AND A NONPROFIT AGENCY FOR FY2010-2011 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT ACTIVITIES Approve FY 2010-2011 Grant Agreements with seven cities and towns and one nonprofit agency, and Maricopa County through its Human Services Department, Community Development Division for Community Development Block Grant Activities. These Agreements are funded by a grant from US Department of Housing and Urban Development, (CFDA 14.218). These funds have been included in the FY 2011-2012 budget.
