69. DEVELOPER AGREEMENT WITH EXITO, INC. FOR THE NEIGHBORHOOD STABILIZATION PROGRAM Approve a developer agreement between Exito, Inc., a non-profit agency, and Maricopa County through its Human Services Department, for the management and implementation of the Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP), in the not-to-exceed amount of $1,720,000. This agreement is effective September 24, 2010 and will expire September 15, 2013. The purpose of this Agreement is to provide permanent supportive housing for seniors. These funds have been included in the FY 2011 budget. The intent of the Neighborhood Stabilization Program is to address the issue of vacant, foreclosed residential housing in Maricopa County. Exito, Inc., as the developer, will utilize the Neighborhood Stabilization Program funds to acquire and rehabilitate a minimum of ten foreclosed single family housing units in the City of Goodyear for use as permanent supportive rental housing. This program is funded through a grant from the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. (C-22-11-012-3-00)
