67. REAPPOINTMENT TO THE EMERGENCY FOOD AND SHELTER LOCAL BOARD Approve the reappointment of Margarita Leyvas, Assistant Director of the Maricopa County Human Services Department, Community Services Division as the Maricopa County representative on the Emergency Food and Shelter Local Board (EFSP); and sign the attached EFSP Commitment and Profile Form. Ms. Leyvas will serve a one-year term or for the duration of Phase 29 (EFSP program year). The term of appointment will be effective as of November 1, 2010 through October 31, 2011 or until the current Phase is officially ended at which time a new Board will be seated. (C-22-11-018-M-00)
