44. LICENSE AND FEE AGREEMENT WITH MARICOPA COMMUNITY COLLEGE DISTRICT FOR USE OF THE MARICOPA WORKFORCE CONNECTIONS ONE STOP CAREER CENTER Approve License Agreement P-50139 with Maricopa Community College District for and on behalf of Rio Salado College (Licensee), to allow Licensee the use of the Maricopa Workforce Connections (MWC), West Valley One Stop Career Center, Monday through Friday, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Licensee will use the Center to provide classes and training in Adult Basic Education/General Educational Development (ABE/GED), and Electrical Level I to Maricopa Workforce Connections eligible participants. Protective services are provided at the One Stop Career Center during normal business hours; however, protective services are required for the extended hours. This License Agreement allows for Licensee to pay for the costs ($20.63 per hour) associated with having protective services provided daily during the extended hours. This License Agreement is retroactive to July 1, 2010 and will expire June 30, 2011. Indirect funds do not apply to this agreement since all funds collected under this agreement will be applied to the protective services costs for the extended hours. There are no County General funds associated with this License Agreement. The One Stop Career Center is located at 1840 N. 95th Avenue, Phoenix, AZ. (C-22-11-046-3-00)
