21. APPOINTMENT TO THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ADVISORY COMMITTEE Approve the appointment of Jack Palladino as the El Mirage Alternate Representative to the Community Development Advisory Committee (CDAC) to serve the remainder of Roger Cleveland’s one-year term of July 1, 2010 through June 30, 2011. The El Mirage City Council on January 13, 2011, voted to appoint Council member Jack Palladino to the CDAC as Alternate Representative to complete the one-year term vacated by Roger Cleveland.
