55. IGA WITH THE CITY OF SCOTTSDALE FOR COMMUNITY ACTION PROGRAM SERVICES Approve a non-financial Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) with the City of Scottsdale and Maricopa County (administered by its Human Services Department) for the City to provide Community Action Program and Financial & Crisis Case Management Services. The term of this non-financial agreement is from July 1, 2011, through June 30, 2012. The City of Scottsdale is providing all administrative funding required for the operation of the City of Scottsdale Vista del Camino Community Action Program (CAP) office without financial support from Maricopa County. Maricopa County Human Services Department, through its client HSD Online database, will provide the City of Scottsdale Vista del Camino CAP access to direct financial assistance funds to be utilized on behalf of eligible clients.
