56. DONATION FROM MATHEMATICA POLICY RESEARCH FOR CONTINUED PARTICIPATION IN EARLY HEAD START FAMILY AND CHILD EXPERIENCES SURVEY (BABY FACES) Accept a $500 monetary donation (honorarium) from Mathematica Policy Research in return for participation in the Early Head Start Family and Child Experiences Survey (Baby FACES). The donation will be used to purchase additional classroom materials for Early Head Start classrooms in the Maricopa County Head Start Zero-Five Program. This is the third of four annual donations from Mathematica Policy Research for participation in Baby FACES. Donation funds are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitations, and therefore expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law. Approval of this action does not alter the budget constraining the expenditures of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. The overall budget will be adjusted as necessary to accommodate this donation through a future reconciliation. This is the third year of a four-year study. (C-22-12-001-D-00)
