26. ADMINISTATIVE CORRECTION TO THE GRANT FUNDING FROM THE ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION FOR THE CHILD AND ADULT CARE FOOD PROGRAM Correct the action taken on September 28, 2011 under agenda item C-22-12-021-G-00 regarding the acceptance of grant funds from the Arizona Department of Education / Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) (Arizona A.G. Contract No. KR02-1170-ALS) to Maricopa County through its Human Services Department / Education Division / Head Start Zero-Five Program. The term of the agreement originally listed as: “October 1, 2011 and ends on September 30, 2012”, should be corrected to “October 1, 2011 and ends on September 30, 2012. This Agreement shall automatically renew on October 1 each year, beginning October 1, 2012, unless either party notifies the other thirty (30) days prior to the renewal date of their intent not to renew.” Additionally, the original agenda language stated: “the Chairman to sign all documents related to these grant funds, as applicable”, should be corrected to “the Chairman will sign the Certification of the Agreement which states that Trish Georgeff is designated by the governing board to sign this agreement.” (C-22-12-021-G-01)
