36. CONTRACT WITH HOMELESS YOUTH CONNECTION FOR DEVELOPMENT OF AN ACCESS POINT Approve a non-financial agreement between Homeless Youth Connection and Maricopa County administered by its Human Services Department to establish Homeless Youth Connection as an Access Point. This Agreement will be effective upon signature by both parties and will expire December 31, 2013. An Access Point is defined as a faith-based or community based organization that provides community residents with a location where job seekers can access abbreviated One Stop Career Center services. Homeless Youth Connection will ensure a location and staff are available to assist youth and adult job seekers with employment-related services. This Agreement will create a partnership enabling Maricopa County residents that are unable to travel to a One Stop Career Center, the ability to access services through an Access Point that is located in the community.
