30. AGREEMENTS WITH MUNICIPALITIES FOR FY2011-2012 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT ACTIVITIES Approve FY 2011-2012 Grant Agreements with five (5) cities and towns and Maricopa County through its Human Services Department, Community Development Division for Community Development Block Grant Activities. These Agreements are funded by a grant from the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), (CFDA 14.218). These funds have been included in the FY 2011-2012 budget. This action does not impact the General Fund. 1. Town of Buckeye (Sidewalk Improvements): $217,742 (C-22-12-043-3-00) 2. City of El Mirage (Waterline Improvements): $320,000 (C-22-12-044-3-00) 3. Town of Gila Bend (Water System Improvements): $315,475 (C-22-12-045-3-00) 4. Town of Guadalupe (Sidewalk Improvements): $393,945 (C-22-12-046-3-00) 5. Town of Youngtown (Waterline Improvements): $400,000 (C-22-12-047-3-00) (C-22-12-048-3-ZZ)
