31. AGREEMENTS WITH MUNICIPALITIES FOR FY2011-2012 HOME INVESTMENT PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM (HOME) Approve FY2011-2012 grant agreements with two cities and towns and Maricopa County through its Human Services Department for HOME Investment Partnership Program grant activities. These Agreements are funded by a grant from U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), (CFDA 14.239). These funds are included in the FY 2011-12 budget. This action does not impact the County General Fund. 1. City of Goodyear (Housing Rehabilitation): $100,000 (C-22-12-049-3-00) 2. Town of Guadalupe (Housing Rehabilitation): $200,000 (C-22-12-050-3-00) 3. Town of Guadalupe (Housing New Construction): $283,941 (C-22-12-051-3-00) (C-22-12-052-3-ZZ)
