49. AMENDMENT TO THE SUBRECIPIENT AGREEMENT WITH THE TOWN OF GUADALUPE FOR NEW CONSTRUCTION OF HOUSING FOR HOMEOWNERS Approve Amendment No. 1 to the Subrecipient Agreement (C-22-12-051-3-00) for the HOME Investment Partnership Program (HOME) with the Town of Guadalupe and Maricopa County, through the Human Services Department for new construction of housing for homeownership. The amendment changes the encumbrance deadline from December 31, 2012 to September 30, 2013. The contract amendment is effective August 1, 2013 and in effect until all funds are expended and drawn against the Letter of Credit or until the Scope of Work is complete and remaining funds are returned, not to surpass June 30, 2014. The housing activities shall meet all program requirements for the required period of affordability after the close out of the projects in HUD’s Integrated Disbursement & Information System. There is no impact to the General Fund. The HOME program is funded through a grant from the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. (C-22-12-051-3-01)
