50. AMENDMENT TO LICENSE AND FEE AGREEMENT WITH MARICOPA COUNTY REGIONAL SCHOOLS DISTRICT FOR USE OF THE MARICOPA WORKFORCE CONNECTIONS ONE STOP CAREER CENTER Approve the amendment to the License Agreement (P-50200) with Maricopa County Regional Schools District (Licensee), which allows Licensee the use of the Maricopa Workforce Connections (MWC), East Valley One Stop Career Center. Licensee shall provide General Equivalency Diploma (GED) and Adult Basic Education (ABE) classes in the Career Center. The East Valley One Stop Career Center is located at 735 N. Gilbert Road, Gilbert, Arizona 85234. The amendment to the license agreement will create a new term, provide for a renewal option, adjust the annual rent schedule, amend paragraphs 39 through 42 of the original agreement and add paragraph 43. The amendment would extend the License Agreement to June 30, 2013. Agencies co-located in the One Stop Career Centers must pay for costs associated with the operation of the Career Centers. Maricopa County Human Services Department Community Justice Support Services (CJSS) shall pay the monthly co-location costs, $1,523 on behalf of Licensee. All funds collected under this agreement will be applied to the costs associated to the operation of the One Stop Career Center. There are no indirect costs collected on this agreement. Any necessary grant adjustments to accommodate this item will be made through a future reconciliation. This agreement does not contain any County General funds. (C-22-12-059-3-01)
