A-3. AMENDMENT TO THE FY2012/2013 MARICOPA URBAN COUNTY ANNUAL ACTION PLAN Approve subordination agreement between borrower (LeiQuia Sanders) and Maricopa County to allow borrower to refinance mortgage. Also approve attached subordination agreement template. Request authorization for the Chairman to sign Subordination agreements based on this template and any subsequent legal agreement or document required for completion of projects associated with the FY2012/2013 Annual Action Plan. The approval of the agreement will afford borrower to refinance on more favorable terms and will not affect the County's lien position. The approval of the template will allow staff to process such requests more quickly without impeding real estate closings associated with the Action Plan. (C-22-12-067-G-03)
