PRESENTATION REGARDING AN UPDATE FOR THE NEIGHBORHOOD STABILIZATION PROGRAM (NSP3) AND AMENDMENT TO THE 2010 ANNUAL ACTION PLAN Presentation regarding an update for the Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP3) and approve an amendment to the 2010 Annual Action Plan. Per federal regulations, NSP 3 funds are to be targeted in neighborhoods meeting specific criteria. The neighborhood identified meets federal requirements. (C-22-12-073-P-00)
