57. AMENDMENT TO LEASE AGREEMENT WITH A NEW LEAF, INC. Approve, and authorize the Chairman to execute, Amendment No. 1 to terminate Lease Agreement L-7440 with A New Leaf, Inc. (“New Leaf”) for the County’s use of Head Start classroom space and playground facilities at 2254 West Main Street, Mesa, AZ. Amendment No. 1 will terminate Lease Agreement L-7440 upon the effective date of execution of Sublease No. L-7451 between Maricopa County (as Sublessee) and New Leaf (as Sublessor) for the premises.
