52. AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT WITH THE TOWN OF GUADALUPE FOR FY2012-2013 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) ACTIVITY Approve Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement (C-22-12-093-3-00) for the CDBG Program between the Town of Guadalupe and Maricopa County through its Human Services Department. The amendment revises the CDBG project line-item budget, but does not increase the overall grant amount. This amendment is effective April 22, 2013 and expires upon completion of all CDBG requirements. There is no impact to the General Fund. The agreement (C-22-12-093-3-00) provides Community Development Block Grant funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for the purpose of reconstructing streets and adjusting surface utilities in an older, existing neighborhood in the Town of Guadalupe. The amendment makes no changes in the total funding amount for this agreement. (C-22-12-093-3-01)
