47. AMENDMENT TO LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC SECURITY FOR USE OF THE MARICOPA WORKFORCE CONNECTIONS ONE-STOP CAREER CENTERS Approve, and authorize the Chairman to execute, License Amendment G-30125 with Arizona Department of Economic Security (DES) to allow DES to utilize office space and equipment at the Maricopa Workforce Connections (MWC) One-Stop Career Centers. DES will provide cost reimbursement for the use of the space in the One-Stop Career Centers. The monthly reimbursement amounts are applied toward the proportionate share of costs associated with the operation of the One-Stop Career Centers. DES yearly reimbursement amount is $147,543 and the monthly amount is $12,295.25 The County shall evaluate Center operations costs on a yearly basis and reimbursement costs may be adjusted for increases in operational costs. The terms of the amendment shall be effective upon signature by both parties. The License Agreement shall expire on June 30, 2015. The agreement may be renewed for two additional one year terms upon agreement by both parties. Agencies co-located in the One-Stop Career Centers must reimburse the County for their proportionate share of costs for the operation of the Career Centers. All funds collected under this agreement will be applied against the costs associated to the operation of the One-Stop Career Centers. There are no indirect costs collected on this agreement. Any necessary grant adjustments to accommodate this item will be made through a future reconciliation. This agreement does not impact the County General funds. (C-22-13-001-3-01)

39. AMENDMENT TO LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC SECURITY Approve, and authorize the Chairman to execute, License Amendment No. 2 (G-30125) with Arizona Department of Economic Security (DES) to allow DES to utilize office space and equipment at the Maricopa Workforce Connections (MWC) One-Stop Career Centers. Amendment No. 2 adjusts the DES yearly reimbursement amount to $143,706.92 and the monthly amount to $11,975.58. The monthly reimbursement amounts are applied toward the proportionate share of costs associated with the operation of the One-Stop Career Centers. The terms of the amendment shall be effective upon signature by both parties. The License Agreement shall expire on June 30, 2015. The agreement may be renewed for one additional one year term upon agreement by both parties. There are no indirect costs collected on this agreement. Any necessary grant adjustments to accommodate this item will be made through a future budget reconciliation. This agreement does not impact the County General funds.
