52. SUB - LEASE AGREEMENT WITH SONRISE FAITH COMMUNITY CENTER FOR HEAD START CLASSROOM AND PLAYGROUND Approve a sub - lease with SonRise Faith Community Center for the rental of one Head Start classroom and playground located at SonRise Faith Community Center, 800 West Galveston, Chandler, Arizona. The lease term is for two years beginning on the date agreement is approved by both Sub-Lessee and Sub-Lessor, at a cost of $875.00 per month, with an option to renew for one additional year. This action was submitted for review and approved by the Facility Review Committee in July 2012. This classroom and playground will serve a total of 34 Head Start (HS) children, 3-5 years of age, through center-based services. This is a new site for a Maricopa County Head Start classroom.
