49. IGA WITH THE TOWN OF GUADALUPE FOR COMMUNITY ACTION PROGRAM AND FINANCIAL AND CRISIS CASE MANAGEMENT SERVICES Approve an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between the Town of Guadalupe and Maricopa County, administered by its Human Services Department (MCHSD), in the not- to -exceed amount of $70,000. The term of this agreement is from July 1, 2012 through June 30, 2013. The purpose of this IGA is to award funds to the Town of Guadalupe for the provision of community action program, financial and crisis case management services (Services) for low-income Maricopa County residents in the Town of Guadalupe. The funds for this IGA will be paid from HSD’s appropriated general funds. (C-22-13-026-3-00)
