43. AMENDMENT TO IGA WITH TOWN OF GUADALUPE FOR COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT ACTIVITY Approve financial Amendment No. 1 to the Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) (C-22-13-027-3-00) between Maricopa County administered through its Human Services Department and the Town of Guadalupe. The purpose of the Amendment is to increase Community Development Block Grant funds (CDBG) provided to the Town of Guadalupe by $22,595 from $60,000 to $82,595. The Amendment will also revise the Implementation Schedule Completion dates as follows: • Demolition and Clean-up Activities from May 31, 2014 to April 30, 2016 • Activity Completion from June 30, 2014 to May 31, 2016 The increased funds will be utilized to complete demolition of two (2) additional structures for project completion. Also request Pursuant to Section II Special Provisions paragraph G. 10 General Conditions, sub-paragraph- D. Authorize the Department Director to execute Written Change Orders/Administrative Changes in any one of the following areas: • Work Statement changes reflecting Federal, State, County or Department regulations, policies or requirements; and implementation schedule revisions approved by Community Development Advisory Committee (CDAC). • Administrative requirements such as changes in reporting periods, frequency of reports, or report formats required by Funding Source or Department regulations, policies or requirements. It is the responsibility of the Subrecipient to ensure the latest documents are consulted and followed. • Increase/decrease in dollar amounts up to ten percent per the Board of Supervisors (BOS) policies. This Amendment is effective upon execution and signature by both Parties. This Amendment does not impact the County General Fund. Project activities under this Agreement include demolishing a total of five (5) vacant, residential structures that are not habitable, and clearing the lot where each structure is located in the Town of Guadalupe. The Agreement is funded with reallocated CDBG funds approved in the FY2012-2013 Maricopa Urban County Annual Action Plan Amendment #1 (C-22-12-067-G-01). CDBG is funded through the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). (C-22-13-027-3-01)

54. AMENDMENT TO THE IGA WITH TOWN OF GUADALUPE Approve financial Amendment No. 2 to the Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) (C-22-13-027-3-01) between Maricopa County administered through its Human Services Department and the Town of Guadalupe. The purpose of the Amendment is to address the following: • Revise the Implementation Schedule Completion dates from April 30, 2016 to August 5, 2016 and Activity Completion from May 31, 2016 to August 31, 2016 • Increase funds provided to the Town of Guadalupe by $17,535 from $82,595 to $100,130. Funds will be utilized to complete demolition of 2 structures for project completion • Revise Agreement Budget from $82,595 to $100,130 • The Amendment is effective upon approval and signatures by both Parties. This amendment is subject to and incorporates by reference the statutory language of A.R.S. §38-511. • The foregoing paragraphs contain all the changes to the Agreement. All other terms of the original Agreement and Administrative Changes not amended hereby, remain in full force and effect as approved and amended. Also request Pursuant to Section II Special Provisions paragraph G. 10 General Conditions, sub-paragraph- D.
