30. CONTRACT WITH THE SALVATION ARMY FOR APPLICATION INTAKE SERVICES FOR LOW INCOME PROGRAM CLIENTS Approve a contract between The Salvation Army, Sun City Corps, and Maricopa County, administered by its Human Services Department (MCHSD). The purpose of this contract is to allow coordination between The Salvation Army and MCHSD’s Community Services Division (CSD) in the provision of Financial and Crisis Case Management services. The Salvation Army will assist Maricopa County residents by taking applications for utility and/or emergency assistance. This Contract is effective from date of both parties’ signatures until June 30, 2014. This is a non-financial contract and will not impact the County General Fund. The Salvation Army, Sun City Corps, will take applications without compensation, under the supervision of MCHSD/CSD. (C-22-13-037-3-00)
