A-1. CONTRACT ADMINISTRATIVE PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF MARICOPA COUNTY AND THE MARICOPA COUNTY HUMAN SERVICES DEPARTMENT Approve the Contract Administrative Partnership Agreement (CAPA) between the Housing Authority of Maricopa County and the Maricopa County Human Services Department. This Contract Administrative Partnership Agreement will be effective for a term beginning April 19, 2013 and ending July 1, 2017. The Contract Administrative Partnership Agreement is a non-financial agreement. The Housing Authority of Maricopa County is submitting a proposal to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for a Resident Opportunity and Self-Sufficiency grant. HUD requires a CAPA to accompany the grant submission that is due to HUD on February 19, 2013. The MCHSD supports HAMC’s application and agrees to provide grant oversight and technical assistance to ensure that results agreed to by HAMC and HUD are achieved. (C-22-13-041-3-00)
