20. ACCEPT DONATION OF LECTURE SERVICES FROM FRED COON OF STEWART, COOPER & COON Accept the unrestricted in-kind donation of lecture services valued at $5,000 from Mr. Fred Coon. Mr. Coon will provide lecture services at two events to be hosted by Maricopa Workforce Connections on April 17th and April 24th at the Maricopa Workforce Connections One-Stop Career Centers. Each lecture service is valued at $2,500. The products and services provided by Maricopa Workforce Connections are made available through federal funding provided by the Workforce Investment Act. Maricopa County, exclusive of the City of Phoenix, is a designated Workforce Investment Area, known as Maricopa Workforce Connections under the federal Workforce Investment Act (WIA) of 1998. Workforce Investment Act activities are administered by the Human Services Department Workforce Development Division. (C-22-13-046-D-00)
