40. IGA WITH THE CITY OF SCOTTSDALE FOR CRISIS CASE MANAGEMENT AND FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE SERVICES Approve a non-financial, Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between the City of Scottsdale and Maricopa County (administered by its Human Services Department – “MCHSD”) for the City to provide Crisis Case Management and Financial Assistance Services. The term of this agreement is from July 1, 2013, through June 30, 2014. The City of Scottsdale is providing all administrative funding required for the operation of the City of Scottsdale Vista del Camino Community Action Program (CAP) without financial support from Maricopa County. MCHSD will provide the City of Scottsdale Vista del Camino CAP access to HSD Online, MCHSD’s client database and portal to directly submit client applications. MCHSD will approve final expenditure of appropriate financial assistance funds to be utilized on behalf of eligible clients. (C-22-13-057-3-00)

52. AMENDMENT TO THE IGA WITH THE CITY OF SCOTTSDALE Approve Amendment No.1 to the non-financial Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between the City of Scottsdale and Maricopa County, administered by its Human Services Department (MCHSD). The County will exercise its option to renew the agreement for a one year renewal, based on Contractor performance. The amendment will extend the agreement term to June 30, 2015 for the provision of Crisis Case Management and Financial Assistance Services for the City of Scottsdale Community Service Area. The amendment will be effective July 1, 2014. The City of Scottsdale will provide all administrative funding required for the operation of the City of Scottsdale Vista del Camino Community Action Program (CAP) without financial support from Maricopa County.
