47. IGA WITH CHANDLER UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT FOR HEAD START SERVICES TO PRESCHOOL CHILDREN WITH DISABILITIES Approve the non-financial intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between Chandler Unified School District and Maricopa County Human Services Department to collaboratively provide the Maricopa County Head Start program with services to preschool children with disabilities, as defined in ARS §15-761, who are enrolled in the Head Start program. The Agreement is a three year agreement effective July 1, 2013 through June 30, 2016. Authorize the Human Services Director to sign the attached Facilities Use Agreement related to this contract. The Facilities Use Agreement will allow the District to provide the space used for the above services at no cost to the County. This agreement applies to a space for preschool children with disabilities from ages three to five years who are not eligible for kindergarten in accordance with requirements of the local School District and the Improving Head Start Readiness Act of 2007.
