60. CONTRACT FOR SERVICES WITH AREA AGENCY ON AGING REGION ONE INC FOR GRANT FUNDS FOR THE PROVISION OF CASE MANAGEMENT SERVICES Approve a revenue contract with the Area Agency on Aging (AAA), Region One, Inc., in the not-to-exceed amount of $1,373,172. The purpose of the contract is to partially fund the Maricopa County Human Services Department’s (MCHSD) Senior Adult Independent Living (SAIL) Case Management Program. The term of this contract begins on July 1, 2013 and ends on June 30, 2014. The Fiscal Year 2014 Human Services Department current negotiated U. S. Department of Health and Human Services indirect cost rate is 18.8% of salaries and employee related expenses. The total grant funds are $1,373,172 of which $1,058,130 is for combined personnel costs. The total estimated recoverable indirect cost amount is $198,928, with $0 being unrecoverable. This contract impacts Maricopa County General funds in the amount of $1,198,744, to assist in the provision of SAIL Case Management Provision services, which have been appropriated for this purpose. This Agreement does not alter the budget constraining expenditures of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. 42-17105. The County’s Human Services Department’s Community Services Division will be reimbursed for allowable expenditures under this Agreement. The overall grant budget will be adjusted as necessary to accommodate any increase or decrease through a future reconciliation. (C-22-13-074-3-00)
